Adam is an analytics expert with a focus on operational strategy.
Adam has significant experience in e-commerce operations. Most recently, he was the Director of Operations Strategy at Thrive Market where he managed all aspects of the fulfillment P&L (labor, freight, packaging, and fixed costs). Before that, Adam co-founded Brilliant Bicycles, a direct-to-consumer lifestyle bicycle brand which was incubated at RRE Ventures in New York City and later sold to Priority Bicycles.
Adam started his career at McKinsey & Company working on private equity transactions and consumer goods strategy. Adam then joined Mubadala, a sovereign wealth fund in the United Arab Emirates, where he was dedicated to the post-merger management and turnaround of semiconductor manufacturing facilities based in Germany and Singapore.
Adam studied economics at Harvard College where he was a member of the Track & Field team. He also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was the President of the InSITE Fellows Program.
Jordan is a real estate and brand experience expert with a focus on building out connected physical locations for e-commerce and retail brands.
Jordan has extensive experience at the intersection of the e-commerce and brick-and-mortar worlds. He most recently developed 30+ locations for Breather (a network of connected, private workspaces) where his responsibilities included initial location strategy, pipeline development, design, cost modeling, and construction management. He also oversaw early marketing efforts to drive foot traffic into the newly built out spaces.
Jordan started his career at the Hillstone Group building and running high-end hospitality locations before constructing his own restaurant in Downtown LA. He later joined Moon Juice as CEO, building out multiple retail locations as well as their CPG and e-commerce divisions.
Jordan studied English and Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University where he rowed on the Varsity Crew team.
Mike is a supply chain strategist with in-depth sourcing and procurement experience.
Mike has been involved in the procurement and planning for the full range of products from raw materials to rocketry. His most recent position at SpaceX saw him responsible for the entire sourcing strategy around all vendor-IP assemblies. He also developed and managed all aspects of the commodity roadmap including cost modeling, inventory and supply planning, vendor relationship management, and lead time minimization.
Prior to joining SpaceX, Mike started his career at ThyssenKrupp Materials as a member of the centralized procurement team. There he took ownership of a $75m raw material commodity spanning more 20+ distribution centers across the U.S. Through the implementation of a break-bulk strategy, Mike drove significant margin growth in what had typically been a low-margin commodity.
Mike studied Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University and was an active member of the Supply Chain Management Association.
